Ms. Rosati's practice emphasizes land use and zoning, including representation of developers and investors in obtaining entitlements approvals, and offers her clients a full range of land use expertise including representation in feasibility studies and due diligence, and representation of clients in judicial appeals and litigation on zoning and land use matters.
​
Ms. Rosati represents home builders, Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations, investors and landowners. She works as a strategic asset and member of the development team, bringing together community leaders and neighbors to build consensus, and helping clients navigate the development approval process.
